What you'll do

  • Drive OPTICA B2B Sales in assigned territory
  • Implement the OPTICA solution in the assigned markets and territory.
  • Work closely with the factory sales team to identify new / migration opportunities to grow.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue plans.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain for consumables (machines, inks, ribbons, fabric care labels, paper tags, and RFID blanks) to guarantee zero factory downtime.
  • Raise alerts on non-moving inventory to minimize risks and stock-outs to ensure timely supplies to factories.
  • Collaborate with field service engineers to manage spare part Inventory planning
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with cross functional teams.
  • Work closely with factory sales, Customer Service for timely updates
  • Follow up with product development teams for item setup and updates, maintain correct pricing details
  • Liaise with warehouse team for timely dispatch of critical orders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with quality teams to address client quality complaints and timely resolution

Job Description

Key Responsibilities-


1. Drive OPTICA B2B Sales in assigned territory

  • Implement the OPTICA solution in the assigned markets and territory.
  • Work closely with the factory sales team to identify new / migration opportunities to grow.

2.Operations & Consumables Management

  • Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain for consumables (machines, inks, ribbons, fabric care labels, paper tags, and RFID blanks) to guarantee zero factory downtime. Raise alerts on non-moving inventory to minimize risks and stock-outs to ensure timely supplies to factories.

3.Technical Support 

  • Collaborate with field service engineers to manage spare part Inventory planning

4.Stakeholder Management

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with cross functional teams.
  • Work closely with factory sales, Customer Service for timely updates
  • Follow up with product development teams for item setup and updates, maintain correct pricing details
  • Liaise with warehouse team for timely dispatch of critical orders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with quality teams to address client quality complaints and timely resolution
  • Prompt updates to tracking and monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with MIS team for reports like monthly / quarterly sales numbers for OPTICA and analyse the gaps if any and provide insights\
  • Any other task/responsibility assigned by the supervisor/leadership

Qualifications

 Qualifications & Skills Required-

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Textile Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. (Technical education is preferred)

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the apparel industry, trim/label manufacturing, or handling factory-floor operations.

 Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial barcode printers (thermal transfer printers) and labels

  • Data Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, inventory tracking, and metrics reporting.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical matters with stakeholders

  • Adaptability: Ability to troubleshoot calmly and efficiently in high-pressure manufacturing environments.
