About this role

About the Company

Passage Health is a fast-growing Series A startup on a mission to improve the quality and accessibility of autism care through technology. Autism diagnosis rates have surged over the past decade to 1 in 31 children, yet families still face waitlists of up to a year for care as providers—hampered by antiquated technology and manual workflows—struggle to meet surging demand.

We're building the platform that modernizes how autism care providers work—from clinical documentation to operations to billing—transforming how care is delivered and scaling access across a $460B market.

Over the past year, Passage has grown more than 3x, driven by strong customer demand and expanding partnerships across the autism care ecosystem. As we scale, we're focused on building durable foundations—the systems, processes, and decision-making needed to support long-term growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As an SDR at Passage Health, you'll be the front line of our growth—building pipeline and shaping how we reach autism care providers. Working closely with our Sales Manager and marketing, you'll identify, engage, and qualify ABA and autism care organizations, turning outreach into booked meetings and real opportunities. This is a high-ownership role with a direct line to revenue and a clear path to grow into a closing or senior sales seat.

What Success Looks Like

  • Generate qualified pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn to ABA and autism care providers.

  • Book and consistently hit a monthly target of qualified meetings for the sales team.

  • Research and prioritize target accounts, building account lists and identifying the right decision-makers at clinics and provider organizations.

  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and hand off warm, well-documented opportunities to Account Executives.

  • Craft and test personalized outreach messaging that resonates with clinical and operational buyers.

  • Keep CRM data clean and current, logging activity and maintaining accurate pipeline stages.

  • Share market and prospect feedback with sales and marketing to sharpen targeting and messaging.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years in an SDR, BDR, or comparable outbound sales role (strong entry-level candidates with relevant internships or a track record of hustle will be considered).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication—you can get to the point and make people want to reply.

  • Resilience and self-motivation; you're energized by outbound and unfazed by a "no."

  • Strong organization and follow-through across a high volume of accounts and touchpoints.

  • Coachability and a growth mindset—you actively seek feedback and act on it.

  • Genuine interest in healthcare and our mission to expand access to autism care.

Nice to have (optional):

  • Experience selling SaaS or into healthcare / provider organizations.

  • Familiarity with ABA, autism care, or the broader healthtech landscape.

Tools & Technology

  • HubSpot (CRM)

  • Sales engagement / prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach)

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Gong

  • Zoom

Why Passage Health?

  • Outsized impact—as an early employee, your work will shape both the company and our users' experience.

  • Meaningful work using your skills to help children with autism.

  • A fast-paced environment full of substantive challenges.

  • Competitive salary and equity.

  • Healthcare, dental, and vision benefits.
