What you'll do

  • Research and prioritise target accounts by assets under management, fund stage, vehicle type, and geography
  • Own and maintain signal sources such as new-fund announcements and regulator registers, including BaFin, the FCA, and the CSSF
  • Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified conversations for accounts not already activated by Account Executives
  • Qualify inbound leads against our ideal customer profile and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Keep HubSpot pristine, with accurate stages, notes, and next steps for every touchpoint
  • Deliver against weekly and monthly activity and pipeline-generation targets
  • Partner with Account Executives to prepare for deep dives and workshops by pulling together GP and fund research, competitive context, and meeting briefs
  • Build and tailor pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposal materials for specific prospects
  • Track deal status alongside Account Executives so opportunities do not stall for lack of a document, follow-up, or clear next step

What they're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or sales-support role, ideally in private markets, fintech, or financial services
  • Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and AI tools such as Claude, Granola, or equivalent are part of your daily workbench—not occasional aids
  • You can build repeatable systems to monitor signals across regulator registers and hundreds of accounts rather than working through them manually
  • Comfortable writing sharp outbound copy and building clean, persuasive decks in Google Slides
  • Strong organisational instincts—you keep details, documents, and next steps from falling through the cracks
  • Genuine curiosity about private markets and fund structures; prior exposure to venture capital, private equity, or fund administration is a strong plus, not a requirement
  • CRM fluency, with HubSpot preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to fund managers, general partners, or asset managers
  • Familiarity with fund administration, compliance, or fund-operations concepts

Full description from employer

bunch is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you.

Your Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the front half of our sales funnel—but this isn’t a pure dial-for-dollars role. You’ll generate and qualify pipeline from fund managers across venture capital and private equity, while partnering hands-on with our Account Executives as deals move through the middle of the funnel.

You’ll help prepare specialised decks, tailor materials, and keep opportunities moving. This is a role for someone who wants full visibility into how a B2B sales cycle works, not just the first five minutes of it.

Top of funnel

Mid funnel

  • Partner with Account Executives to prepare for deep dives and workshops by pulling together GP and fund research, competitive context, and meeting briefs

  • Build and tailor pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposal materials for specific prospects

  • Track deal status alongside Account Executives so opportunities do not stall for lack of a document, follow-up, or clear next step

About You

Workplace & Benefits

  • Customisable benefits package covering wellbeing, sport, mobility, food, and more

  • 28 days of vacation, plus 2 company days and local public holidays

  • Up to 6 remote calendar weeks a year

  • A great tech and work setup

  • Work with a diverse team of 130+ bunchies from 40+ countries, with leaders who are best-in-class in their domains

Hiring Process

  1. People Team Interview (30 min) – Meet us, share what you’re looking for, and explore whether the role and bunch feel like the right mutual fit.

  2. Commercial Deep Dive (30 min) – Discuss your sales experience, how you create and qualify pipeline, and how you partner with AEs to move opportunities forward.

  3. Case Study with our Head of Sales (45 min) – Work through a practical, role-relevant scenario and show how you research accounts, prioritise opportunities, communicate clearly, and turn information into action.

About bunch

bunch is building the operating infrastructure for the next generation of private markets. We combine AI-powered automation with deep regulatory expertise to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes with one integrated platform across the fund lifecycle, purpose-built for private markets heading toward $32 trillion in Assets Under Management.

We've 4x our ARR in 2025, crossed 150 fund managers and 12,000 LPs on the platform, and just closed our $35M Series B in May 2026. We're looking for ambitious people who want real ownership of hard problems, and who care about building infrastructure that actually matters to the people using it.
