What you'll do
- Identify and develop new corporate, leisure, travel trade, and group business opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, conference facilities, banqueting, and other services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and business opportunities promptly.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Events teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle client feedback and resolve sales-related issues professionally.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of the local corporate and hospitality market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel/CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
