Position Summary:
- Rise with us and identify and secure new group & catering opportunities
- Work with other operational disciplines to secure conferences, meetings and events
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements, focusing on attention to detail
- Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion and providing guests with everything they need
- Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty and overall wellbeing by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
- Act as a wellbeing ambassador and promote awareness for The Westin brand
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
