  • Design, develop, and deliver multi-modal learning solutions, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, workshops, simulations, and innovative digital approaches.

Sales Learning & Facilitation

  • Provide sales training, coaching, and mentoring to the salesforce, sales leaders, and sales support teams.

  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions focused on organizational change, soft skills, and leadership development grounded in adult learning principles.

  • Reinforce established sales methodologies (e.g., Sprint Selling, MEDDPICC) during product, process, and tools training.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations & Enablement to curate content that ensures timely, high-quality training delivery.

Performance Consulting & Continuous Improvement

  • Consult with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose root causes of performance issues and recommend targeted learning interventions that drive measurable business results.

  • Collaborate with members of the WS Talent Management Team and Global Learning Community for upskilling and dissemination of best practices.

  • Implement analytics tools to evaluate learning effectiveness, track ROI, and continuously enhance existing programs.

  • Continuously challenge the status quo to ensure ongoing enhancements to existing programs and ways of working.

What Experience You Need (Minimum Qualifications):

  • 5+ years of experience in a global, fast-paced, matrixed environment within a Learning and Development or Sales Training role, plus a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Deep expertise in adult learning theory, formal instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), needs analysis, performance consulting, and ROI program evaluation.

  • Demonstrated experience designing or delivering learning programs for sales/revenue organizations, including familiarity with key sales methodologies (e.g., Sprint Selling, MEDDPICC).

  • Excellent virtual and in-person facilitation skills covering soft skills, leadership, and business concepts.

  • Proven track record of hands-on execution with measurable business impact.

  • Excellent relationship management and communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels in a global/matrixed organization.

  • Experience with the administration of courses and learning journeys in a Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Expertise with learning content development software and tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond).

  • Demonstrated expertise using Excel / Google Sheets to analyze data, identify impact/trends, and present insights to stakeholders.

What Could Set You Apart (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Direct experience in a quota-carrying sales role ("carrying a bag") within financial services, data, or technology, combined with a strong L&D foundation.

  • Direct, hands-on experience training on Salesforce (CRM) or other sales engagement platforms.

  • Psychometric assessment certifications (e.g., DISC, MBTI) or formal training/instructional design certifications (e.g., CPTD).

  • Experience in human capital planning from a skills, experiences, and capabilities standpoint to prepare teams for future talent needs.

  • Experience as a content manager of Workday Learning.

  • Expertise in AI, AI adoption, and AI-enabled learning tools (especially within the Google Suite of Solutions).
