  • Develop and execute Korea sales growth plans with clear ownership of new business acquisition, strategic account expansion, pipeline generation, and conversion of qualified opportunities into contracted revenue.
  • Drive sales growth across management system certification, training, and relevant assurance services in Korea.

  • Ensure commercial quality of proposals, including appropriate pricing, scope understanding, contractual awareness, and compliance with DNV approval requirements.
  • Build and manage an effective ecosystem of consultants, referral partners, industry associations, and market channels while ensuring compliance with DNV independence, impartiality, and ethical requirements.
  • Ensure timely tagging of sales leads and opportunities in the system, accuracy of sales quotes per DNV rules, guidelines and practices.
  • Initiate and actively participate in market communication activities including seminars, conferences, exhibitions, customer events, and digital campaigns.
  • Participate in global sales initiatives and support digital sales transformation through adoption of effective sales tools and best practices.
  • Sustain and strengthen existing customer relationships through retention, renewal, cross-selling, and value-based engagement.
  • Participate and contribute in the global sales network meetings and initiatives and ensure the sharing and implementation in Korea.

Position Description:

The Sales Manager is responsible for accelerating profitable growth in Korea through new business acquisition, strategic account development, sales team leadership, and organizational capability building.

The role combines direct sales responsibility with leadership accountability for team performance, organizational effectiveness, talent development, sales discipline, commercial quality, and long-term capability growth.

This position reports to the Area Manager, DNV Business Assurance Korea and will be part of the Business Assurance global sales network.

Main Responsibilities:
