Sales Manager, India

The Sales Manager, India is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within the India market. This strategic role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, thoroughly evaluating customer needs, and providing effective, tailored solutions.

 

• Acquire New Business
  • Proactively identifies and secures new business opportunities to establish a growing portfolio of customer accounts.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Cultivates and maintains robust, long-term customer relationships to ensure sustained business continuity and growth.

• Sales Performance Optimization
  • Fosters deep customer engagement that positions the company as a market leader, ensures rapid response times, maximises account profitability, and facilitates excellent payment collection.

• Quotation & Follow-up
  • Prepares accurate and timely sales quotations, efficiently follow up on all sales inquiries, and provides necessary technical support throughout the sales cycle.

• Target Achievement
  • Consistently meets or exceeds all sales targets as defined by the reporting manager.

• Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Communicates and collaborates closely with other internal departments to ensure seamless operational support and the consistent achievement of overall company objectives and performance goals.

• Additional Responsibilities
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• A major in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering is a strong asset, though not strictly mandatory.
• Requires 4-5 years of relevant professional working experience.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English is essential.
• Strong communication skills for conducting technical meetings, preparing documentation, and providing email support.
• Analytical thinking with a focus on accuracy, technical quality, and structured problem solving.
• Must be a strong team player and customer-oriented professional with excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills.
