Overview

Ready to lead, grow, and make a real impact? Join Kemper as a Life Insurance Sales Manager, where you'll recruit, develop, and lead a team of agents while driving territory growth through hands-on field leadership. Compensation

Total on-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $47,600 to $111,200 annually based on expected performance, including a $25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Earnings are driven by new business growth and expanding relationships within an existing customer base, with additional upside through multiple bonus opportunities. High performers may also qualify for annual incentive trips. Top performers may exceed the stated range, with the top 10% earning $220,000+ annually.
