About this role

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to a sales agent or agent team. This role helps manage daily business activities, maintain organized workflows, and support client service delivery. Responsibilities include scheduling, travel coordination, client communication, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping.

Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Agent team looking to add an assistant for additional team support.

The base hourly range for this role is $40.27 – $43.27 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Support client communications and follow-up.
  • Assist with expense tracking and receipt organization.
  • Draft and revise correspondence, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Prepare transaction and listing documents.
  • Organize meetings, events, and property tours.
  • Maintain records of communications and transactions.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office 365).
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial real estate experience preferred.

 

This position will be supporting a team/agents at the Tampa location.
