What you'll do
- Lead customer supply chain program orchestration across cross-functional teams, including customer issue resolution, operational strategy development, return material authorization (RMA) oversight, and service delivery for inbound and outbound inventory hub shipments.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client and operational issues, partnering with internal Arrow teams to resolve supplier, ship-to-site, contract, service, KPI, SLA, and new program capability concerns.
- Design and implement customer-specific processes and special service models that support program goals, operational scalability, and appropriate financial performance.
- Select, develop, and evaluate team members while monitoring work quality, operational execution, and adherence to program KPIs and SLAs.
- Support customer RFQ activities by aligning customer-specific strategies with service and capability requirements that enable program growth and scale.
- Maintain regular client engagement to review program performance, address needs and concerns, and strengthen relationships that support program growth and potential new business opportunities.
- Review finance and operations data, including NSB, fees collected, forecasts, shipment history, inventory, and RMAs, and partner with the appropriate Sales Director to highlight risks, trends, and follow-up needs.
- Prepare and present operational data for QBRs and other client or leadership reviews as needed.
- Communicate client program requirements to internal Arrow resources and document processes as needed to support consistent execution.
- Identify operational efficiency opportunities across the program and work with appropriate resources to implement improvements.
