As a Sales Operations Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth within our Customer Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and provide guidance to improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. This role is client-facing, allowing you to directly impact client success by implementing strategic sales and service initiatives.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex problems and manage workstreams effectively. What You Must Have

- Master's Degree in Sales / Marketing / Strategy / Analytics

- 4 years of experience in a Sales or Sales consulting role

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
