Deine Rolle bei Haleon

• Sicherstellung der Umsatz-, Distributions-, und Marketingziele im Verkaufsgebiet
• Implementierung aller Shopper Marketing Aktivitäten und KAM-Aktionen am POS (Apotheke)
• Durchführung von Kurzschulungen in der Apotheke
• Sicherstellung einer effektiven Touren- und Besuchsplanung, sowie deren Durchführung zur Maximierung der Produktivität im Gebiet
• Effektiver Einsatz der vorhandenen Shopper Marketing Maßnahmen und Kundenbudgets
• Sicherstellung des regelmäßigen Informationflusses zu Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen zum RVL und Innendienst
• Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit den Apothekentrainern und Abverkaufsberatern zur Steigerung des Abverkaufs im eigenen Gebiet

Qualifikation und Fähigkeiten

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung als Pharmareferent, PTA, PKA, MTA, etc. oder gleichwertig
• Mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung im Pharma-Außendienst
• (Starker) Teamplayer, da eine enge und gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Apothekentrainern und Abverkaufsberatern zur Abverkaufssteigerung im eigenen Gebiet erforderlich ist,
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit aktueller, vertriebsrelevant Software (z.B. CRM-System, MS-Outlook etc.) sowie Hardware (z.B. Ipad)
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation sowie selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln,
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft, auch mit Übernachtungstouren innerhalb der Region
• Ein gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B wird vorausgesetzt.
