We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Marketplace Trust team for its Transparency (TR) charter. Transparency is a product serialization and traceability service that proactively protects brands and customers from defects including counterfeit and materially different products in the supply chain. This is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring strategic thinking, technical depth, and cross-functional leadership to drive program expansion and innovation. You'll shape execution of the Transparency vision by recruiting and onboarding enterprise key brands to the program, working with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to recruit brands to join the Transparency program, communicate how the service works to potential partners, ensure brands can successfully participate in the program, and manage post launch operational experience for the brands.

Key job responsibilities
As the Sales Specialist, you will drive brand onboarding, account management, revenue, improving operational efficiency goals and collaborate with WW stakeholders for process optimization.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a startup environment within Amazon, contribute to program growth, drive regional initiatives, lead process optimization and automation.
