Business Development & Sales Intern

Internship Duration: 6 or 12 months

Are you interested in business development, sales, and the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain? Join our team as a Business Development & Sales Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting customer acquisition, market research, and commercial activities across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

 

Business Development Support

  • Research potential customers across key industries such as Retail (Beauty), E-commerce, Healthcare, and Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Automotive.
  • Identify and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Conduct initial outreach and appointment-setting activities.
  • Assist in following up on leads and customer enquiries.

 

Customer & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market mapping and competitor research within the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Track industry trends, customer movements, and potential business opportunities.
  • Support the team in preparing customer meeting materials and presentations.

 

Client Management Support

  • Coordinate customer meetings and maintain meeting records.
  • Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities.
  • Maintain and update customer-related records and activity trackers as required.

 

Sales Administration

  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity trackers.
  • Maintain prospect and customer databases.
  • Support general administrative activities for the Sales & Client Management team.

Requirements
