You'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on, providing expert advice, answering product enquiries and helping keep riders on the road. From supporting sales and creating eye-catching merchandise displays to building great relationships with customers and suppliers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving our success.

About the role:
This is a dynamic position that combines customer service, inventory management, merchandising, and product support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities-
Managing and maintaining supplier return processes across Western Australia and South Australia

Assessing and coordinating warranty claims with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience you need to have:
Ideally you will have experience in the motorcycle aftermarket industries. (preferred)
