Your Role at Eye
Take ownership of, and continue to grow, an existing team of Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer: hiring, onboarding, and developing talent to scale.
Coach your team through the full new business cycle; from cold outreach and qualification to negotiation and close. Lead by example on strategic new business opportunities.
Drive regional revenue targets, maintain forecast accuracy, and run deal reviews using MEDDPICC.
