About this role
Responsibilities : Gather and analyze business requirements. Work with stakeholders to define Salesforce solutions. Support Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations. Prepare functional specifications and user stories. Coordinate testing and UAT activities. Collaborate with developers and project managers. Document business processes and recommend improvements. Support system integrations and process optimization. Need to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Contract Duration: 12 Months.
