What you'll do

  • Act as the primary technical lead and escalation point for Salesforce and all boundary applications within the managed services environment.
  • Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and related integrations.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform technical triage, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and SMEs through resolution.
  • Assess the impact of Salesforce releases, managed package updates, application upgrades, and integration changes across the ecosystem.
  • Maintain application inventories, integration documentation, dependency maps, runbooks, and support knowledge bases.
  • Develop working knowledge of integrated platforms including Gainsight, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Profound, Qualified, Everstage, AEM, Synthesia, Cvent, Salesloft, Qualtrics, Qvidian, and Google Analytics.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, providing guidance on incidents, risks, enhancements, dependencies, and platform health.

Meet Our Team:

  • Join a highly collaborative Salesforce Managed Services team responsible for supporting and optimizing Salesforce and a broad ecosystem of integrated business applications.
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders, Salesforce developers, architects, administrators, vendors, and offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Digital Experience platforms that support critical business processes.
  • Serve as a trusted technical leader, driving application stability, integration excellence, and continuous improvement across the Salesforce landscape.
