What you'll do

  • Improve the Salesforce experience for GTM teams. Configure objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts to match how sales, partnership, and customer success actually work, and remove the friction that slows them down.
  • Collaborate on the platform roadmap and releases. Partner with the Salesforce admins in other departments on the shared roadmap, release cadence, and technical debt backlog, and test seasonal releases, managed package upgrades, and sandbox refreshes so changes land without disrupting GTM teams.
  • Keep integrations healthy. Help maintain the connections between Salesforce and the ERP, marketing automation, and billing platforms so data stays accurate across systems.
  • Manage internal systems. Own every internal application and agent built with Claude Code from first deployment through retirement, including the skills, prompts, and connectors they depend on.
  • Govern AI access and cost. Set access rules so each agent reaches only the data its purpose requires, audit those rules on a schedule, and monitor usage, cost, and output quality.
  • Build reporting leaders trust. Deliver reports and dashboards that give sales, partnership, customer success, and finance one shared view of the pipeline.
  • Enable the teams who use these tools. Train users, publish self-service documentation, and keep runbooks current so no system depends on one person’s memory.

What they're looking for

  • 3+ years administering Salesforce in a business-critical production environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Working command of flows, permission architecture, data models, and sandbox release management.
  • Hands-on experience building or managing applications with an agentic AI development tool. We build exclusively in Claude Code, and direct experience with it is strongly preferred.
  • A track record of turning broad business requests into scoped, documented technical work
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills. You work effectively with sales, finance, and customer success, and you hold priorities steady when several teams want something at once
  • Clear written communication with technical and nontechnical audiences alike.
  • A bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work remotely from a US-based location, with reliable connectivity and a professional workspace

Nice to have

  • Advanced Salesforce certification such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder
  • Experience at a SaaS or workforce management company
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol connectors and agent permission design
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with an ERP or billing platform

About the Role

TCP is investing in the systems that run its revenue organization and is hiring a Salesforce and Systems Manager. This role is focused on making Salesforce work better for TCP's go-to-market teams, shaping how sales, partnership, and customer success experience the platform day to day, from configuration and page layouts through reporting. This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you will be the dedicated Salesforce administrator for Revenue Operations, collaborating with the Salesforce admins who support other departments on the shared roadmap, release cadence, and integrations. It also owns TCP's growing portfolio of internal applications and agents built with Claude Code, currently a half dozen apps serving sales, partnerships, and revenue operations, including apps running in BaseCamp GTM along with the skills, connectors, access rules, and documentation those systems depend on. Sitting inside Revenue Operations keeps the work close to the sales, partnership, and customer success teams that rely on these tools every day. This role is remote, US-based, and reports to the SVP of Enterprise Sales, Partnership, and Revenue Operations.

As a Salesforce and Systems Manager, you will:

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Bonus: advanced Salesforce certification such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder
  • Experience at a SaaS or workforce management company
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol connectors and agent permission design
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with an ERP or billing platform

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Travel up to 10% for team on-sites and select company events

TCP is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Benefits

  • 20 Days of PTO (Paid Time Off) and 13 days of companywide holidays
  • 8 hours to volunteer and impact the community
  • Comprehensive benefits (Health/Dental/Vision/401K)
  • Employee Choice Pre-Tax Benefit
