POSITION SUMMARY:
Employee will perform inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with multiple audit guidelines. Correct any non-compliance issues and document corrections according to proper procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, lifting, throughout the entire facility as needed and requested.
- Must continually audit assigned areas throughout shift to be sure all areas have been and are being addressed.
- Must use written instructions such as Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) to properly maintain a clean and sanitary facility.
- Must have good attendance because we depend on each other constantly.
COMPETENCIES:
To perform this job successfully, the Sanitor must be self-motivated, able to problem solve, detail-oriented, and able to stay on task. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish a versatile and evolving workload.
- Excellent in all forms of communication.
- Innovative, problem solver, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt well to change.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
