SAP ABAP Technical Consultant

Position: SAP ABAP Technical Consultant Experience: 7–9 Years Location:Hyderabad Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ABAP development and implementation across SAP modules. The ideal candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in dynamic SAP environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom programs, enhancements, and reports using ABAP. Develop and support RICEF objects – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms. Strong expertise in OOABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms. Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization to ensure system efficiency. Work on integration with functional modules such as MM, SD, FI, PP, and HR. Develop and maintain CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and ABAP on HANA objects. Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation of all developments. Provide production support and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Required Skills: 7–9 years of solid experience in SAP ABAP development. Experience with S/4HANA environment and modern ABAP syntax. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good to Have: Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5, Gateway Services, or integration tools. SAP Certification in ABAP or related technologies.
