What you'll do
- Implement, configure, and support Ariba solutions, focusing on upstream and downstream modules.
- Implement and configure Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration module to meet business-specific needs.
- Work closely with business team to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business to ensure smooth adoption of Ariba solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and IT, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba modules.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Document business processes and system configurations.

- Proven experience with both upstream (Sourcing, Contracts, Spend Visibility) and downstream (Procurement, Invoicing) modules.
- Hands-on experience with the implementation of the Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration module.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) is a plus.
