As a SAP CPI - PIPO professional, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting group, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. Within our SAP practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This position offers the opportunity to engage with clients directly, helping them achieve their strategic objectives while enhancing your own skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project deliverables
- Directing teams through complex challenges, maintaining composure in ambiguous situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client environments
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to enhance team performance
- Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Promoting process improvement and optimization within SAP technology projects
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
