- Configure and support SAP DMS in SAP S/4HANA.
- Work on Document Info Records (DIR), Document Types, Status Management, Version Management and Object Links.
- Configure document storage, retrieval, authorization and document lifecycle processes.
- Integrate SAP DMS with MM, PP, PM/EAM, PS, PLM and other SAP modules.
- Work with SAP Content Server and external document repositories.
- Support document migration, mapping, validation and mass upload activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot DMS configuration, authorization, storage and integration issues.
- Work with business users and stakeholders for requirements, testing and training.
