What you'll do
- You consult the business departments regarding the business processes, to identify and implement optimization potential within the O2C processes and prepare the respective technical design for the development team.
- You will take over the management of internal and cross-divisional (partial-) projects, including the relevant technical guidance and management of the project members.
- You analyze and solve global tickets (Service Requests, Change Requests, Incidents) which are appearing within the global SAP O2C Environment.
- You will actively participate in the conceptions of roll-out plans and their successful international implementation.
- You will keep track of SAP tickets and promote successful problem solving.
- Where necessary, you will take over the provider management of external partners.
- You need to stay up to date with the latest SAP releases and technologies, and pursue professional development opportunities.
- You will be working directly with customers to understand their business needs, developing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You will take over basic customizing tasks.
- You will independently work on the development, advancement, and identification of automation opportunities (SAP, Microsoft Power Automate, and similar technologies).

- Profound Knowledge and Experience as Project Manager
- Experience in working in an agile environment and strong experience as Scrum Master.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment in solving complex tasks.
- Strong analytic-, goal- and result-driven skills.
