Primary Functions and Tasks:

Incident & Service Support
Analyze and resolve incidents related to logistics and warehouse processes.
Support troubleshooting activities.
Monitor interfaces and identify processing issues.
Assist in root-cause analysis and follow-up activities.
Ensure proper ticket documentation and communication with stakeholders.
Project & Enhancement Activities
Support implementation of business requirements and process improvements.
Participate in workshops, testing, and deployment activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and warehouse operations.

Minimum 2 years of SAP logistics consulting (SAP EWM/ SAP MM/ SAP SD)
