SAP FI/CO Practice Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage a team responsible for SAP package software application implementation through configuration and development

• Lead workshops to determine system requirements and document findings

• Lead projects, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery

• Configure FI, CO, and associated SAP modules

• Provide functional specifications for technical development

• Identify and address technical and operational challenges proactively

• Monitor and report on project progress and financial metrics

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

• Foster an environment of teamwork and effective communication

• Establish and maintain long-term executive relationships by performing billable advisory services

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management

• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies

• Proven experience in team management and software project execution

• Solid technical knowledge in package applications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus (e.g., MBA)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO) or advanced training a plus

Work Environment:

• It is expected, at this time, that you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 40%.

• Remote to the United States

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

• Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
