What you'll do
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA Poland rollout project, responsible for FI module requirements analysis, solution design, system configuration, and delivery.
- Combine with local Polish financial and tax compliance requirements to complete localization solution design and drive system implementation.
- Responsible for FI functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and issue tracking/resolution.
- Support system go-live, cutover, and post-go-live stable operation.
- Collaborate with business users and project teams, coordinate cross-module requirements, and drive project delivery.
- Support key user training and knowledge transfer.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of SAP FI/FICO implementation experience, familiar with FI core business processes and system configuration.
- Possess SAP Poland project implementation or rollout experience, familiar with local Polish financial, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Possess SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project experience.
- English as a working language, able to participate in English meetings and daily project communication.
- Possess good business understanding, problem analysis, and customer communication skills.
- Able to accept project travel.
Nice to have
- Possess SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) implementation or related project experience.
- Possess experience in Polish electronic vouchers, electronic declaration, statutory reporting, and other financial/tax digitalization scenarios.
