About this role
Position: MEAN Stack Developer
Mode of Hiring: Permanent Role
Experience: 3 –5 years
Location: Mohali/Kochi.
Time Zone: General Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
- Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Integrate applications with databases such as MongoDB and optimize database performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a MEAN Stack or Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (v8+) and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL database design.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
