This role owns our visual output end to end: website graphics, social creative, and video, produced with AI tools at a volume and speed a traditional studio can't match. One person running the whole visual surface, not a queue of handoffs.
What you'll own The bar: how you work This is a 10X role. You run generative image, design, and video tools fluently — producing, iterating, and shipping at a pace manual work can't reach. In your interview you'll walk us through your AI stack and show a portfolio of work you've actually produced with it. Designers who work only by hand aren't a fit for this one. What you bring SOFTOBIZ · WE'RE HIRING Design Lead Location: India (HQ) · Reports to: Head of Marketing · Experience: Up to 8 years Website graphics: All visual design for the site — hero visuals, section art, illustrations, and imagery — on-brand and ready to ship. Design, not development. Social creative: The visual feed across LinkedIn and Instagram — a consistent, high-frequency stream of on-brand graphics that keeps the cadence fed. Video: Edit and produce video with AI tools — from short social cuts to brand pieces — without a separate production house. Brand system: Keep everything true to the Softobiz visual system — near-black, purple glow, mint accent — across static and motion, so the brand looks like one thing everywhere. Throughput: Move fast enough that design is never the bottleneck for a campaign, a launch, or a content push.

What you bring
A strong graphic design portfolio across web and social, ideally for B2B or tech brands.
Hands-on video editing, increasingly AI-assisted, with work to show.
Fluency across AI design, image, and video tools — real shipped output, not experiments.
A sharp eye for a consistent brand system holding across every format and channel.
The range and speed to run website visuals, social, and video as one person.
Comfort handing polished, build-ready assets to web and dev — no development required from you.
Success in your first 6 months A consistent visual system live across the site and social, a steady stream of social creative shipping on cadence, video in regular rotation, and design that keeps pace with every campaign rather than holding it up.
