  • Actively monitor schedules to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business
  • Actively participate in production and scheduling conversations with the wider team to ensure you fully understand current capacity and scheduling needs.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling team to address scheduling issues
  • Be the main point of contact for our production team and take full ownership of communication to ensure we deliver on our commitments.
  • Provide support to assigned departments with L4 Board participation
  • Work with EPICS and EPICOR ERP systems
  • Review MRP Inventory and suggestions. Create replenishment orders in line with schedule.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This position reports directly to the Production Manager and will be overseeing scheduling in shipping and receiving departments. The Scheduler will be responsible for ordering needed materials, expediting orders, releasing jobs, completing cycle counts, maintaining inventory levels, and developing then distributing the shop schedule. The position is considered a developmental role with the expectation that the selected individual will be a key part in assisting the shop supervision and management team.
