Are you an organised, friendly and proactive administrator who loves being at the heart of a busy school environment?

Do you pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service, building positive relationships, and creating a warm, professional first impression for every visitor?

We are working with a specialist education setting seeking a Receptionist & Administrator to become the welcoming face of the school. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing multiple priorities, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a school community.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for pupils, families, visitors and professionals, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school operates efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Working closely with the leadership and administration teams, you'll be responsible for reception duties, attendance monitoring, visitor management and a range of administrative tasks that support the wider school.
