Lead, Organise and Make a Difference

We are seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join a specialist school in Northampton, supporting the effective day-to-day management and strategic development of the school.

School Business Manager Northampton (NN2) £34,000 £42,000 8:30am 4:30pm Fixed Term to July

The school caters to students aged 6 19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, complex needs and other associated needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a School Business Manager to play a key role in ensuring the school operates efficiently, safely and effectively. You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team across the school's financial, administrative and operational functions.

About the Role

As a School Business Manager, you will oversee financial management, administration, procurement, premises and operational systems.

This is a largely site-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am 4:30pm, with flexibility to work 1 2 days remotely where appropriate.

You will be responsible for ensuring resources are managed effectively, supporting compliance and contributing to the continued development of the school.

Key Responsibilities

As a School Business Manager, you will:
