Overview

Bio-Rad is seeking a Science Marketing Copywriter to join our Global Brand and Marketing Communications team. In this role, you will help communicate the value of Bio-Rad's products through engaging, customer-focused content that supports marketing initiatives across the life science and clinical diagnostics markets. Working closely with marketing managers, designers, product experts, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will develop content that supports product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, and brand awareness efforts. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing writer who enjoys translating complex information into clear, compelling messaging across a variety of channels and audiences. Content may include email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, brochures, sales collateral, webinar promotions, video scripts, tradeshow materials, presentations, and other customer-facing marketing assets. Candidates may be asked to perform a practical editing exercise as part of the interview process.  This is a hybrid position expected to work at least 3 days per week from our headquarters in Hercules, CA. The remaining two days may be worked from the office or remotely.  How You'll Make an Impact

What You Bring

Location: This position must be based in Hercules, CA and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
