1. In depth knowledge and technical understanding of protein purification, protein analysis and its characterization and solution chemistry. 2.  Hands on experience on Chromatographic purification, FPLC/AKTA system, UFDF, TFF. 3.  Completion of allotted projects in time bound manner. 4.  Solving the customer complaints of projects. 5.  Execution of policies and strategies implemented as and when for reducing the timeline for product/process development. 6.  On time calibration and validation of equipment’s. 7.  Documentation related of ISO, OHSAS, customer related or any other kind of audits. 8.  Interpretation and documentation of daily project activities in electronic lab notebook. 9.  Technology transfer document preparation, conduct and provide technology trainings. 10.  Respect for vision and mission of the company. 11.  Should be a team player to achieve business objective of the company. 12.  Guiding and training the juniors.
