We're looking for a detail-oriented Scrip & Custodial Operations Executive with experience in trade settlement, custody or investment operations to join our growing Post Trade Operations team in. Based in our Auckland office, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient settlement of trades, safeguard client assets, and support post-trade operations across Australia and New Zealand. What you'll be working on

Reporting to the Scrip & Custodial Operations Manager, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of settlements and custody operations across Australia and New Zealand. You'll ensure trades are settled accurately, client holdings are reconciled, corporate actions are processed efficiently and operational controls are maintained to the highest standard. Working closely with internal teams, registries, custodians and market participants, you'll help deliver exceptional operational outcomes while contributing to continuous process improvements.

What will help you be successful?

You'll thrive in this role if you're organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment. You take ownership of your work, build strong relationships with stakeholders and pride yourself on delivering accurate outcomes.

You'll also bring:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in trade settlement, custody or investment operations within financial services

  • A sound understanding of New Zealand clearing and settlement processes

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience with reconciliation or settlement systems will be highly regarded
