Scrum Master (6-month Contract)

We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Tryzens on a 6-month contract basis. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring collaborative and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in implementing Agile methodologies and driving successful Agile transformations.

• Recent experience in coaching and mentoring teams to improve Agile adoption and Continuous Improvement.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and how it relates to Agile methodologies.
• Should be available to start by 12th Oct 2026

Preferences will be given to candidates with:

• General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
• Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
