Project Overview Madello Consulting is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile and DevOps practices to lead high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will ensure effective collaboration, team alignment, and delivery excellence while fostering an Agile mindset across the organization. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives). Guide and coach the team in Agile Scrum principles and best practices. Act as a servant leader, enabling cross-functional collaboration and communication. Ensure alignment with DevOps methodologies for continuous delivery and automation. Remove impediments to optimize team productivity and quality of deliverables. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and value-driven development. Your Responsibilities Lead teams to deliver results efficiently in an Agile environment. Drive Agile maturity within the organization and across teams. Support stakeholders in understanding Agile processes and KPIs. Who We’re Looking For Experience Minimum 8+ years of experience, including hands-on implementation of Agile practices. Strong expertise in Agile Scrum principles and practical application. Proven experience as a team lead, ensuring collaboration and outcome delivery. Knowledge of DevOps way of working.
