As a Scrum Master, you are an expert in agile methodology, focusing on improving Agility, Culture, Processes at Team level.

Your mission is to cultivate high-performing, self-managing Agile Platform delivery teams that consistently deliver customer value.

As a natural leader, you ensure Agile principles are embedded in day-to-day delivery of your team.

What youu2019ll do...

n

• Coach Agile teams to embrace self-organization, shared ownership, and a growth mindset based on trust.
n
• Facilitate Agile Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) that are focused, effective, and aligned with delivery outcomes.u202f

• Act as a mentor, supporting their development, sharing knowledge, and helping them navigate challenges within the teams.u202f
n
• Drive continuous improvement, helping teams inspect, adapt, and refine their processes for greater effectiveness.u202f
n
• Monitor team performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve collaboration, velocity, and predictability driven by data (metrics).

What you bring...

n

n
• A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum, with 5 to 7 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
n
• Experience in coaching and mentoring.
n
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to strengthen alignment and engagement across roles and teams.u202f
n
• A continuous improvement approach and the ability to guide teams through change and uncertainty.u202f
n
• Practical experience with different Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and working closely with cross-functional teams.u202f
n
• A good understanding of delivery metrics and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).u202f
n
• Scrum Master certification (PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.u202f
n
• Technical Savvy: Experience working with DevOps, cloud, or platform teams. (engineering, devops, IT, ..)

• English (C1 preferable)
