Job Title / Designation: ASSISTANT PROFESSOR – MANAGEMENT STUDIES (Digital Marketing)

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Faculty / Assistant Professor to join our dynamic Management School. You will play a key role in shaping the future generation of Management professionals by delivering engaging and challenging courses that bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Curriculum Development and Delivery:

• Develop and deliver a range of high-quality marketing courses, including but not limited to: Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Market Research, and International Marketing.
• Design and implement innovative teaching methods that effectively engage students and foster critical thinking.
• Create comprehensive syllabi, course materials, and assessments that align with program objectives and industry standards.

Student Guidance and Mentoring:

Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them develop their professional goals and navigate academic challenges.

Mentor students in research projects, internships, and capstone experiences.

Faculty Development and Leadership

• Participate in faculty development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on current trends in marketing.
• Contribute to department and university-wide committees and initiatives.
• Mentor junior faculty members and contribute to a positive and collaborative departmental culture

Research and Publication:

• Conduct research in areas related to marketing and publish findings in reputable journals.
• Supervise and mentor graduate students in their research endeavors.
• Engage in scholarly activities, such as attending conferences, presenting papers, and reviewing manuscripts.

Industry Engagement and Collaboration:

Collaborate with industry partners to develop relevant curriculum and provide students with real-world experiences.

Serve as a liaison between the academic institution and the business community.

Qualifications:

•  Masters or PhD in Marketing or a related field
•  Proven experience in teaching marketing courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level
• Strong research record with publications in peer-reviewed journals
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum/ Work Experience Required: 7-10 years

Annual CTC: Not a Constraint for right person

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Masters in Busniess Administration
•  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective lectures.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Any Other Skillset:

• Experience in curriculum development and program administration.
• Demonstrated experience teaching courses within the areas covered by the Bachelor's and Masters degree programs.
• Experience mentoring students in cloud architecture projects or industry internships.
