About this role
We are seeking a skilled Studio Manager to manage our studio bookings and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that the studio floor operates efficiently and effectively and that all equipment is maintained and utilized correctly. The Studio Manager will work closely with our faculties to ensure that all assignments and projects run smoothly and that our students get to issue the gear provided under proper operational guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all studio bookings and scheduling
- Oversee equipment issuance and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and availability
- Supervise studio bookings
- Maintain a safe and clean studio environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent experience
- Experience in studio management or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant software and equipment used in a studio environment
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a studio environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
- A passion for the creative industry, and towards High-End gear.
- The right temperament to deal with students
Preferred:
- Experience working in a photography, music, film, or creative studio environment
- Experience with inventory management and procurement
