Job Summary

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) in permanent healthcare opportunities nationwide. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, relationship building, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement. The ideal candidate is a driven recruiter with strong sales instincts and a passion for connecting providers with career opportunities.

    Pay Rate

    $19.50 - $24.25 Hourly

    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
