- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent physician and APP opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and outbound recruiting.

- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data within CRM and ATS systems.
- Consistently achieve recruiting, placement, and activity goals in a metrics-driven environment.
- Partner with internal operations and credentialing teams to ensure a seamless placement process.
- Remain informed on physician workforce trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Summary
The Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) in permanent healthcare opportunities nationwide. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, relationship building, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement. The ideal candidate is a driven recruiter with strong sales instincts and a passion for connecting providers with career opportunities.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

Pay Rate
$19.50 - $24.25 HourlyFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
