- Own the full platform lifecycle for a portfolio of security tools and services, including: Health monitoring, patching, upgrades, scaling, backup/recovery, and decommissioning
- Configuration, integration, and continuous improvement
- Maintain and enhance capabilities across core domains: Endpoint — EDR/XDR platforms and related controls
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) — SSO, MFA, federation, privileged access (PAM), access lifecycle

- Detection & Response — SIEM/SOAR integrations, logging, and detection use cases

- Perform hands-on engineering work: implement new controls, tune policies, resolve platform issues, and support integrations via APIs and automation.
- Develop scripts and automation (Python, PowerShell, or similar) to improve operational efficiency, reduce toil, and enforce consistent configurations.
- Document configurations, runbooks, standards, and procedures; contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
