Position Summary
The Security Executive is responsible for the duties and activities of Security Officers during a shift. The role should ensure that positions, procedures, patrols and their frequencies are established and adhered to.
What will I be doing?
As the Security Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Supervise each security operation shift, making sure adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and team members.

Ensure Security Officer report any safety, security and defects issues to the respective department promptly as recorded during their patrols.

Ensure a high level of cleanliness and tidiness in your work area.
Maintain a professional appearance up to Hilton standards, demonstrating good attitude and behaviour at all times.
Interact with team members in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
