Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Archer Hotel Management Limited. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Job Summary:
Responsible for assessing the risk in hotel work environment to minimize associates’ illness and injury during work hours. Inspecting hazardous factors in the work environment, quality of equipment or facility that used by associates. Lead the organization toward a healthy and safe work environment by advising, monitoring, and reporting in the workplace, and engaging staff in programs that ensure safe practices in the workplace.

Conducting Human Resources Activities
• Completes associate performance reviews in a timely manner.
• Enforces brand Standard Operating Procedures through documentation efforts.
• Train all associates on the four parts of OSHA.
• Train all new hires on loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Establishes a training program to routinely train the loss prevention department and other property.
