About the role

MSS Security is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee the day to day operations at a Public Housing Estate. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of security services, leading and supporting the on-site security team and fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders. The Site Manager will oversee all security operations within the Public Housing Estate, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents, visitors and staff. The role includes managing and developing a team of security officers, maintaining community standards and ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation, contractual obligations and organisational policies.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • ​Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and support a team of security guards, providing coaching to enhance team capability.

  • Incident & Risk Management: Respond to and manage incidents, including reporting, escalation and follow-up.
