What’s the role?
We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to manage the gatehouse at our Mars site in Ballarat. This is a customer-focused role with regular face-to-face interaction with contractors, truck drivers, couriers, employees and visitors, ensuring site access requirements and security procedures are followed.
- Manage the site gatehouse and control access to the premises.
- Provide professional customer service to contractors, visitors, truck drivers and couriers.
- Maintain site security, safety and compliance requirements.
- Complete delivery processing, data entry and site documentation.
- Monitor, report and respond to security and safety incidents.
