About the role

MSS Security is seeking a Security Site Lead to oversee the daily operations of security services at a Data Centre located in Melbourne.

 

This position requires a Positive Vetting clearance. A competitive allowance of up to $20,000 per year will be provided to successful applicants who hold or obtain the clearance.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Team leadership: Lead, support and mentor a team of up to 15 security officers, managing performance, attendance and presentation.

  • Security operations: Oversee daily security operations, ensuring site procedures and client requirements are upheld.

  • Site compliance: Conduct site inspections and toolbox briefings to ensure security officers maintain required licences and training.

  • Incident management: Respond to and manage security incidents and emergencies, ensuring appropriate escalation and documentation.

  • Operational coverage: Manage shift drops and site coverage.

  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to service requests.
