You’ll partner with the Coach – Selling & Service to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service.
Reporting into the Coach, you will:
- Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
- Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
- Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
- Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Your passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career
- Your 1-2 years retail leadership experience with a focus on product and in store selling and customer service
- Your strong written and verbal communication skills
- Your sound computer proficiency
- Your natural sense of urgency
